1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

To use skslot Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Single Account: You may only register one Account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal recreational use only. Commercial, professional, or business use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

To access skslot Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your Account. skslot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification within 14 days. Verification requires submission of:

• A clear colour photograph of your Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID card for visual confirmation

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will be restricted from making withdrawals. All documents are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

skslot supports deposits via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (subject to change based on payment provider limits). Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

skslot does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, and the account must be verified and in your name.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Indonesian bank transfers: 1-4 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB)
• E-wallet transfers: 1-6 hours during business days
• Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day

skslot does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or payment provider may apply receiving fees or currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

skslot may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 40x the bonus amount) before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Check individual bonus terms for details.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses and their wagering requirements expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days). Unused or incomplete bonuses will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may only have one active bonus at any given time. Starting a new bonus will forfeit any existing bonus and its progress.

Bonuses are optional. You may opt out of bonus offers by contacting customer support. Cash-only play is always available. skslot reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on skslot operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by skslot or any third party.

Sports Betting Rules: For sports betting markets (football, basketball, tennis, badminton, E-sports, etc.), official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body are final. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other post-match events are not included unless specified in the market description.

If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live betting (in-play) markets remain open until the final whistle or the event officially ends. skslot reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time.

Casino Game Rules: Each casino game (slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.) has its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published where applicable and represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary.

Disputes: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, skslot will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable regulations. Our decision is final. If a game malfunction causes an incorrect payout, we reserve the right to adjust your balance accordingly.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the skslot platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts (each person is allowed only one Account)
• Sharing your Account or allowing another person to use your login credentials
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using payment methods not registered in your name
• Colluding with other players, using bots, or employing automated software to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any balances, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

skslot provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure platform stability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or loss of profits
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor delays
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, provided we investigate and correct such errors in good faith
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of skslot Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless skslot, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements.

skslot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months or more)
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement

If your Account is closed for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your Account is closed for inactivity or at your request, your balance will be returned in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which skslot operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and skslot.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against skslot. Any claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
